If there was more of a chance of winning…..
On the tenth anniversary of the National lottery, one lady from Wirral, UK summed up the e-lottery opportunity in a letter to the BBC. You can read it HERE (her letter is at the bottom of the page). Pity they didn’t give out her email address – I could have shown her a much better way to play!
